THE VALUE OF ESSENTIALITY
Underwear is the main interpreter of the brand's proposal that dedicates one of its lines of excellence to Merino Wool. To define the nightwear is the easy classic style that combines pleasantness on the skin and aesthetic taste.
Since 1867, Boglietti has been synonymous with yarns - and fabrics - of value, expressed in essential, basic, primary underwear that, for this reason, is not to be missed in men's and women's wardrobes. Natural extension of the Underwear collections are the pyjama proposals, interpreters of a style philosophy focused on classic design, but made contemporary by the study of details, colours and patterns.
Underwear: man and woman, so alike...so different
Wool and silk, wool and cotton, pure silk or pure wool are just some of the yarns/fabrics of Boglietti's men's and women's underwear that, in terms of models, comfort and functionality, are authentic "must haves". However, if the men's A/W 2020/21 collection is defined precisely by its understatement soul - from short-sleeved and long-sleeved t-shirts to wide-shoulder tank tops, briefs and boxer shorts, everything speaks the language of essentiality in terms of lines and colours (white, grey, blue and black) - the women's collection combines the more classic proposals with more distinguishing products. Strongly identifiable garments, enhanced by the precious combination of the materials used, the inclusion of refined details - from lace to the play of transparencies - and the shaping, which shapes the body enhancing its shapes.
Not only underwear: space for pyjamas
Comfort, practicality, but also pleasantness on the skin and aesthetic taste: the men's/women's pjs collections meet these needs, thanks to garments that, being sober but never trivial, accompany the body during the rest, enveloping it as in an embrace.
To give a clear easy-classic identity to the men's/women's A/W 2020/21 collection are the different shapes of the models (from t-shirt-shirts to crew neck, from grandad neck to "zipped" one, up to scarf collar), the colour plays that focus on minimal shades for "him" (blue, gray, greige) and chromatic flashes for "her" (green, cyclamen, denim, burgundy), the study of details to enhance the design of the garment (from the lace inserts on the shoulders or on the neckline as in the women's models to the trimmed pockets in double colour and matched with the tone of the buttons for men's pyjamas) and patterns between classicism and humor: stripes, pinstripes, checks and lozenges for him, soft zebra stripes, hearts, discreet flowers and vichy style squares for her.
For leisure time spent in the peace and quiet of home, the outfit traditionally intended for the night rest also turns into a suit composed, for her, of a wide leg chenille pants with full zipper knit or the version with drawstring and high collar, and, for him, of a 90% cotton and 10% elastane total look consisting in straight pants and sweatshirt with full zipper and edges with blue-red-green stripes.
The garments suggested by these proposals are also suitable for the most sporty weekend outings, when the watchword is relaxation, starting from the clothing that, preferring "soft" and non-constrictive garments, invites the body to relax.
