Refund policy
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be requested no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are free of charge only if made within Italy.
Please note that returns received in December will be processed from January onwards. Similarly, returns received in August will be processed from September onwards.
How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
There are two ways to receive a refund:
Via the same payment method
Via a VOUCHER for the same value as the returned item(s), which must be spent in a single transaction within 1 month – after which it will no longer be redeemable – on the online shop boglietti.it. The value of the voucher corresponds to the value of the items purchased. Therefore, in the case of a promotion, it is equal to the discounted price.
This voucher must be used in a single transaction. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will be forfeited.
Once the return has been received and authorised, the refund will be processed promptly: within 30 days at the latest.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, go to your account page via the icon
in the menu.
From there, you can submit a return request by clicking the button

Fill in the form in full, selecting the items you wish to return and your preferred refund method. You will immediately receive an email containing a pre-filled and pre-paid waybill to attach to your parcel, which you can conveniently drop off yourself at one of the Bartolini FermoPoints nearest to you. Choose your local collection point from this list: https://www.fermopoint.it/
The procedure described is only available where the product being returned is to be collected from an address within Italy.
How should the items be returned and to whom should I hand them over?
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received: properly protected, packed and complete with all its tags. It must not have been washed or stained. Otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.
Once placed in the designated envelope or box, attach the free BRT waybill to the outside and simply hand it in at your nearest BRT Fermopoint.
Personalised garments cannot be returned.
I’ve ordered the wrong size/item/colour - can I exchange it?
It is currently not possible to exchange items via the courier. You will need to return the items you wish to exchange, selecting your preferred refund method, and then place a new order.
If I return some or all of the items, do I also have to return any free gift I received as a result of meeting the minimum purchase amount?
In the case of a partial return on an order that included a free gift, you may keep the gift if the value of the items you are keeping is equal to or greater than the minimum required to receive the gift, or if you choose a VOUCHER as your refund for a full or partial return.
However, if you return the entire order and choose to be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase, you must also return the free gift along with the items purchased.
Overseas: How do I return an item?
If a user exercising their right of withdrawal is required to return the purchased Product by posting it from an address outside Italy, the Product must be returned must be made without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the online purchase, stating your name, order reference and reason for the return, and using a carrier of your choice at your own expense (including any customs clearance charges) to this address:
