General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale

The products are sold by the company Trucco Tessile spa with registered office in Italy, Via Torino, 187 - 12038 - Savigliano (CN), VAT no. 00181310046.

The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when filling in and sending the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Sales Conditions.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious names in the on-line order procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
Moreover, by accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by you when placing the online order, since you as the customer are solely responsible for entering them correctly.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your Order Form via the Internet, after checking that the data relating to your order is correct.
The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian and English and the applicable law is Italian law.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller shall take care of your Order for its execution.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information.
This is without prejudice to the Seller's right, before sending the Order Confirmation, to ask you, by e-mail or by telephone, for further information with reference to the Order you have sent through the Internet.
In the event that the products, presented on the website, are no longer available or on sale after the Order has been sent, it will be the Seller's responsibility to promptly inform you of the possible unavailability of the ordered Products. In this case the sum previously committed to the Customer's means of payment will be released.
Trucco Tessile spa reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute and/or dispute relating to a previous order. This applies equally to all cases in which Trucco Tessile spa considers the customer unsuitable, including, without limitation, the case of previous violations of the terms and conditions for online purchases on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activities of any kind.

Methods of Payment

For payment of the price of the Products and related shipping and delivery costs, you may follow one of the methods indicated in the order form on the boglietti.it website and which are summarised below:

  • Credit Card / Prepaid
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Cash on delivery/Pos

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all prices of Products and shipping and delivery charges indicated on the website and in the Order are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated on the website at the time the Order is transmitted through the Internet. The prices of the Products and shipping and delivery charges may vary without prior notice. Therefore, check the final sale price before placing your Order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are:

  • for national territory (Italy)
    • Standard Shipping BRT: € 5.90.
    • Express Shipping DHL: € 7.00
  • for EU countries
    • Standard Shipping: € 19.00.
  • for non-EU countries
    • Standard Shipping: € 30.00.

Shipments are only possible to the countries indicated in the order form.
There are currently promotions with minimum purchase quantities:

  • for domestic countries with a minimum purchase of € 100.00: delivery with BRT is free of charge. The domestic DHL service is always chargeable.
  • for EU countries with a minimum purchase of € 200.00: delivery is free.
  • for non-EU countries with a minimum purchase of € 320.00: delivery is free.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Customised garments will be shipped within approximately 7 business days from the date the order is received, regardless of the chosen courier, due to embroidery processing times. Thank you for your patience.

*Any customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In the event of delivery refusal, only the value of the products will be refunded.
